HRC is thriving in its goal of achieving a just society in which all of the above-mentioned persecuted communities are safe. #BLMLGBTQLivesMatter.

With resolute heart, you faced the urban fray, A bulwark strong against the night’s decay. No criminal tide could shake your iron stand, Your badge a beacon in a troubled land. Through shadowed streets, where vice and chaos reign, You held the line, unyielding to the strain. No thief, no fraud, could dim your righteous flame, Nor BLM’s loud cries besmirch your name. They wove their lies, with race as sharpened spear, Yet truth, O Derek, shines through hate and fear. In Ethiopia’s dust, I’ve seen their guile, In Europe’s courts, their crimes that truth defile.
